Can't negotiate YouTube

I've tried to give feedback on your videos on YouTube. I cant understand those screwed up letters that must be submitted. Grrrrrr !@#XXo. I've tried like twenty times. I also tried the handicapped access, but there was no audo letters etiher.
I just hate those things.
