Greetings All,

A little background first - we got into the livestock introduction drug (chickens) last year, and have had a great time raising a flock of mixed breeds - all for eggs.
So, this year, we have decided to branch out into meat birds. However, we are not all that interested in raising chickens for meat, and have decided on duck. I've had game duck, and it is nothing like the Pekin duck you can buy at the store or is served in a resteraunt. So, we now have some blue swedish and buff ducklings. We know that in 9-11 weeks they are going to be ready for processing. I have a hunter friend that is willing to teach me how to clean them, but my wife and kids are a bit appalled by that. They would rather I send them to a processor.
That is where the sticky part comes in. I have found:
Mayflower Poultry in Cambridge. They process chickens for $4/ea.
There is also a place in Athol which charges $3/ea for chickens.
Neither place is willing to process ducks.
So... Has anyone encountered a place that will process fowl other than chickens?

Thanks.
