Greetings Fellow Wormers,
I am or have been engaged in a pursuit for information. "How do I make my castings 'black'?"
We feed a composted equine waste, with some kitchen scraps, and even dried molasses, and yet we've not produced the "black gold" castings I've seen in home bins.
Besides adding "biochar" (still under consideration), what can we do to make our castings 'black'?
