I am curious how many folks around here raise meat rabbits? 5 years ago I never would have broached this subject publicly, but a co-worker and I were talking a couple weeks ago about a recipe I shared (along with a sample during our lunch break) and suddenly I have lots of folks there who want in on it, or want to know more.
Bugs bunny and Thumper really did the world a bit of harm by excluding them from the meat group :)
