Hi,
I'm excited to be here. I love this site and I'm looking forward to learning a lot about sustainable living. We have been gardening for over 25 years here in the mid south. I especially like to grow herbs and everlasting flowers for use in crafts. Our two boys are older now, and my husband and I are able to travel more. We love to visit gardens where ever we go.

If you want to make some easy soap for gifts this year using herbs and flowers from your garden it's easy to do. Check it out details here. (http://www.flowers-plants-gardening-advice.com/soap-making.html)

It's so cheap and easy to do..I just saw a price tag of $5 for one orange sized soap ball in the store! I love putting together gift baskets of soaps, scented bath crystals, herbal shaving lotion, moth chaser sachets, etc for friends and family. Start gathering and crafting now for Christmas...you'll have a blast and save money too.

You may also like the crafts I have explained in the new book that you can get for free when you sign up for our newsletter called Herbs for Your Health: How to Grow and Use Them It has lots of crafting ideas. Check it out here (http://www.flowers-plants-gardening-advice.com/stewarts-gardening-newsletter.html) if you're interested. Let me know what you think!

Happy garden crafting! :)

P.S. Sorry this post is a little late! I've been focusing on getting my gardening and crafting info on our web site. Glad to be back and to learn from all of you. :)
