I just saw the Thai Cabbage Salad video and I CAN'T WAIT to try it! I was fortunate enough to receive the cabbage seeds from you, so I will have the right kind of cabbage to try the salad. Funny how much they look like romaine lettuce, and not at all like cabbage...?

BTW, is it too late for you to correct the spelling of the word, "Thai"? You have it as "Tai." (Unless that is also correct, and I am just not aware of it. In which case, I apologize in advance.)
