Hello,
My name is Sarah and I live in rural southern Maine, not exactly urban sustainable living! My husband and I have a business building timber-frame garden structures such as pergolas, arbors and chicken coops from regionally sourced and reclaimed materials, and we have our own little flock. I trade my labor on a CSA farm for produce and childcare, which is really cool!
I joined this forum because I am curious to meet people who are seeking creative ways of producing their own food, urban and rural. I think participating in local food production is going to become increasingly important.
