View Full Version : Plant ID?

Found this young lady growing wild in my yard. Can anybody ID her? I think it may be Queen Anne's Lace, but I'm just not sure. If it is, I don't want to pull it! I love Queen Anne's Lace!

Thanks for the help!

PS: Ignore the stray seeds in the bottom of the wheelbarrow. They aren't a part of the plant.

Doesn't look like Queen Annes lace to me. I don't recognize it.

:Shucks!: :Snaps fingers: I was hoping it was. I've got these growing wild around the foundation of my house as well (as the strawberries). Maybe I'll let them flower/fruit/whatever they're going to do, and then try to figure out what they are.

Remains to be seen, I guess.

Your mystery plant reminds me of a fernleaf bleeding heart, but not sure. Do you have close neighbors? Sometimes I have found unidentified plants, only to find out seeds had jumped the fence from next door! ( or moles had brought over some bulbs!) Good luck! -Kristi
