yes you can fully cook A Brisket from frozen to mouth watering in about 3 hours. It's no secret I cook them . Heres how, 1st you slice the brisket on A slicer into 1/4" thick slices, put into A 18 quart turkey roaster. add 1 gallon of water A small amount at A time as you layer the meat add spices to each layer.When the roaster is full add water to cover set roater to 400 degrees for about 3 hours. and your done.. And yes I love to cook for large groups. No you can't afford me! I cook for free. and its fun for me..
