Hi all, I've got some Kale, beet and radish seedlings I want plant. But for the next two weeks we will be getting a lot of rain again. I want to plant them now but I'm worried that they may drown in all of the rain. Should I wait the two weeks or plant while it's dry now.
Thanks
Blossom

in my honest opinion, rain exists to water my garden for me. plant them now, I say, and let the rain "water them in." :D

I'm beginning to wonder if it's pouring down rain everywhere!

Everywhere but rainy Seattle. Hehe, we've had nearly two weeks of the best summer weather ever. Mid 70s to low 80s and sun. Can't beat that with a stick. I've actually been watering regularly. Go figure.

Southern Indiana is soaked. We had toad-stranglers again today. And it is unseasonably cool for June. Weird. I have seedings just about ready to go in the dirt. I just have one more garden bed to build and fill.
This weekend, I'll be planting Swiss Chard seeds to replace the red leaf lettuce that I finished off this week. Yum!

It's been storming since tuesday night off and on. Today has been rainy all day. I just hope my kale grown in with all this rain.
