First Harvest of 2011 Outdoor Garden! (Minnesota)

Hi!!
I am so excited to share that we just had our first harvest of salad greens and radishes the other night for our dinner salad! I used hoop houses to extend my spring season. (People here in MN are just now getting their seeds in the ground as we just had our last snow fall 3 weeks ago!!)

And here is a picture of my first harvest!!


These were planted at the beginning of April. I have had onions in my beds since March 1st, and we had plenty of snow on that bed! I am so excited for this season!!!!
