I've been eating fresh from the garden for some time this growing season and it has been delicious. My New and improved Perennial herb garden is thriving and I have 4 different kinds of arugula growing. Today for lunch I harvested a handful of all four kinds and layered the bottom of my plate with the greens then topped it with a wild rice from Trader Joes , capers and a homemade pesto sauce. It was delicious!
